Setting up and training new customers
Answer customer queries about Telogis products
Resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Research or escalate cases requiring additional attention
Identify and define ways of improving our customer’s experience
You'll need to have :
Experience delivering hardware or software support services
Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
Flawless verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport and relationships
Excellent attention to detail
The abilityto prioritise quickly, in tight timeframes
Initiative and self-motivation
Abilityto work flexible shifts (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday)
Even better if you have :
Tertiary qualification, ideally in computer science, engineering or similar
