Responsibilities :

  • Setting up and training new customers
  • Answer customer queries about Telogis products
  • Resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Research or escalate cases requiring additional attention
  • Identify and define ways of improving our customer’s experience
  • You'll need to have :

  • Experience delivering hardware or software support services
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Flawless verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The abilityto prioritise quickly, in tight timeframes
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Abilityto work flexible shifts (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday)
  • Even better if you have :

  • Tertiary qualification, ideally in computer science, engineering or similar
