What you’ll be doing day-to-day :
Managing and sourcing a large community of content contributors within the UX industry
Supporting the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams in creating educational content for our customers
Delivering an engaging and frequent community newsletter
Developing an accessible editorial calendar to connect your content with new and existing customers
Managing community wikis focused on community engagement
Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
Interviewing customers to uncover educational opportunities
Reviewing the performance of your published content through analytical software.
Skills you’ll have :
You’re passionate and experienced in creating continuous connections with our guest writers and have the ability to manage their content to meet our goals
You’re an SEO technical superstar who knows all the little and big details of reaching content to a wider Google audience
Editorial mindset with the ability to produce content with our brand voice, style and tone, and at the level of quality expected of Optimal Workshop
Excellent analytical and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with creating digital content that helps with the growth of new customers.
We’re looking for someone with :
3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B digital content creation
Advanced knowledge of grammar and confidence in your personal writing style
Experience working closely with designers, technical writers, customer success, sales and PR firms
Experience with marketing technology stacks such as content management, website analytics, and CRM software
A creative, talented writer with an interest in research and design
An excited mindset to explore data and share your findings with the rest of the company and the world.
