Reporting to the Group Supply Chain & Manufacturing Executive, the purpose of this position is to support the operations teams in delivering consistently superior performance.
As the driving force behind our Quality and Continuous Improvement functions across all of operations, success in the role means a passion for developing our people and the processes they work with.

You will need to collaborate with other leaders across the organisation to identify improvements in manufacturing and logistics processes and systems.
We are looking for an accomplished world class operations professional who is results oriented and an effective communicator, you will be able to build rapport quickly with your team and other stakeholders.
Building trust and ensuring you align with Gallagher values will be imperative as a leader within our Operations team.
