NEW Opportunity due to the expansion of s in Auckland we need to help with managing our stores.
New Area Manager would primarily be focused on stores located in central, west and north of Auckland.
The Area Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of the Tony's Tyres stores within their region and is responsible for ensuring company goals are achieved and company standards are met.
What you need to do :
provide operational support and mentoring to Branch Managers
ensure the area is compliant with, and actively following developed best practice.
ensure that store teams deliver the utmost high quality customer experience.
actively manage the area achievement of financial contribution and product mix as set in the IP / budgeting process.
The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of staff and customers through ensuring OSH compliance.
Ensures human resources policy is adhered to within the stores and that all employees are treated in a fair and equitable way as required in compliance with company values and NZ employment law.
Coaches and mentors store teams to ensure that they are able to perform in their role in a highly competent manner and to enact performance management / disciplinary procedures as required.
Ensures that at every opportunity the values of the company are infused into the Tony's Tyres operational environment
Ensure that all sites / operations within your scope of authority adhere to and comply with all company Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and safe work practices and that site HSE Event and Goal Planner requirements are completed and adhered to .
