As part of your role, you will lead a newly created scrum team of developers and testers, responsible for delivering a best in class digital experience across web, mobile and kiosks.
You will set a clear technical vision, ensure quality build outcomes, and support the adoption of Agile practices.
Identify and incorporate :
We are looking for an experienced digital practitioner who can demonstrate success in managing development teams and success in process improvement.
You’ll be versed in agile (maybe even certified), love continuous improvement and delivery, and be a subject matter expert in digital development and testing best practice.
You’ll love managing people, have outstanding leadership skills and experience in practicing this inside large and complex organisations.
