The role

You’ll be an invaluable member of the team, working in our Partner Relations team. As our Customer Success Manager you’ll be responsible for lead follow-

up, lead generation, brand development and enhancing our customer relationships with a focus on ensuring their success and securing subscription renewals.

You’ll work closely with our customers, partners and internal stakeholders to create, qualify and secure product sales opportunities.

Additionally, a significant part of your day will be spent developing positive relationships with our subscription customers.

You’ll also be responsible enhancing product sales activities, keeping various CRM systems up to date and accurate, pricing sales with our partners and customer commercial discussions.

You’ll also :

  • Actively work with our customers to achieve outcomes that they didn’t realise they haven’t envisioned
  • Influence customers, resolve issues and generating mutually positive outcomes.
  • Support and guide customers to the successful use of products
  • Be creative when looking for new opportunities to connect with potential customers.
  • Engage with customers in both early sales discussions and also post sales follow-up.
  • Generate leads through proactive engagement with the wider business.
  • Track all sales, complete post sales follow-up, satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of product sales, including quote, purchase order and invoice generation.
  • Maintain sales information in both Assurity CRM and also partner CRMs.
  • About you :

    We’ll teach you about our partner products, you’ll be expected to develop enough understanding to accurately forecast customer needs and expectations, matching needs against product features and values. You’ll ideally have :

  • A genuine excitement for customer success, business development and transformational technologies
  • Excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the sales process and techniques.
  • A proven ability to listen and empathise with customers, focusing fully on their success.
  • You’ll have 8 plus years of proven sales experience
  • Experience with business development, sales, customer relationship development and business support.
  • Natural leadership skills, ability to teach, you’ll be a master communicator
  • The ability to connect with people to develop strong and commercially successful customer relationships
  • Ability to travel within NZ is a requirement for this role.
