Our branch in Nelson has a permanent part-time role for a Customer Service Officer. To be successful you will have 3+ years' administrative or general office experience, demonstrable customer service ability, sound computing skills and an eagle eye for detail!
Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. What is important is that you are flexible and well organised, with a proven 'can do' attitude.
Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will underpin your customer service delivery and generate repeat business.
Hours : 20 hours per week + rostered Saturdays
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm
Rostered Saturdays 8.00am to 12pm midday (every 2nd Saturday)
