    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Quality Assurance Specialist reporting directly to the GM Strategy, Planning and Intelligence.

    Based at Penrose, we are looking for someone who is an innovative thinker, problem-solver and detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills The main purpose of the Procurement Quality Assurance Specialist will be to Support the Strategy, Planning and Intelligence Manager in :

  • Performing Procurement Service Delivery functions including compiling and distributing Contract Information Packs to DHB and hA.
  • Ensuring adherence to Northern Benefits Frameworks Benefit Reporting standards and following through to make necessary adjustments in business unit benefit claims.
  • Be the Daptiv System Administrator (the software system utilised by the Procurement team) e.g. recording completion of benefit projects, updating and archiving records, adding and amending user profiles, supplier and category details,
  • Assisting in the accurate compilation of month end reporting requirements, ensuring detail is accurately loaded in Daptiv.
  • Performing ad-hoc Daptiv reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Identifying gaps or areas for improvement in relation to hA FPSC risk management and procurement benefit reporting protocols.
  • Provide training and support where required.
  • Provide support to miscellaneous projects as required by the Manager Strategy Planning and Intelligence and other departments as is necessary to meet business need.
  • To be successful in this role, you should ideally have : -

  • Tertiary Qualification (or working towards a completion thereof) pref in areas such as Finance, Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain, Contract and relationship management or Enterprise risk or business administration
  • Three years minimum in a compliance environment (such as banking and insurance, MPI or other health and / or governmental related agencies and NGO’s), preferably to an audit / quality assurance or compliance management level.
