Essential and optional requirements

Previous F&B managerial experience; hotel and luxury experience preferred.

Functional experience in Food and Beverage operations including bar, and luxury Food and Beverage service.

Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication both verbal & written

A current GM Certificate advantageous

We are seeking a driven leader to manage Pullman Auckland’s 5-star Food & Beverage facilities.

With support from the Director of Food & Beverage; you will use your sincere love of Food & Wine to provide a vibrant dining experience for all guests.

This role is not for the faint hearted, you will managed a team of 35 in the following F&B outlets; Restaurant, Bar, Mini-

bar, Room Service & Executive Lounge

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Developing a passionate team who provide consistent 5 star service across all food & beverage outlets
  • Working closely with the Director of F&B and Chefs to ensure a flawless execution menu’s
  • Management of all key financial indicators
