Job Description :
Reporting to the NZ Sales Manager, we are looking for an experienced Sales Leader for our Commercial Solutions Division.
You can both proactively manage your own portfolio of accounts and effectively coach and mentor a small & successful Sales Team across the country to develop strong B2B and Channel relationships and to achieve positive commercial results.
This is not an office-based sales role : we need you to be out and about with our Channel Customers, problem solving, leading from the front and helping them to succeed.
A natural leader, you'll be adept at building strong functional relationships and motivating and developing your team to succeed.
Managing budgets, reviewing staff performance with 360 degree feedback, coaching and managing your own customer accounts are all key aspects to the role, as is your ability to lead by example.
Your team will describe you as an engaging people leader who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and being at the coal face.
You are also skilled at coaching and developing your team when required and have proven success developing effective sales people to become even better.
Your own experience points to a successful sales career with some staff management experience, and you are keen to share that knowledge.

Whilst you won’t need to hold any hands, you will be available to trouble-shoot when required, and have a positive attitude to being hands on’ and getting into the thick of it’ when required.
This may include working on weekends and at trade shows and will involve some travel within NZ and Australia
