About the role
Our friendly team are looking for a go-getting, receptionist superstar to join them in delivering excellent service to our residents and visitors on a part time basis.
Duties include managing the reception area, in-coming telephone calls, stationery orders, mail distribution, general typing and ad-
hoc administration. We are seeking someone to bring their enthusiasm and people skills to the fore and to be the first point of contact for our residents, customers and visitors.
This role is pivotal to ensuring the atmosphere at our village reflects the service standards we excel at.
On offer is a part time opportunity, working 5 hours per week, Wednesday's 2pm - 7pm.

Positive communication skills, a good telephone manner, patience and tact are all essential skills for this role.
excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion; and an industrious, diligent approach to ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards.
Medium to advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience is required and any accounting or general admin experience is highly advantageous.
