Our Intellectual Disability service are looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills to manage staff allocations and rosters across the ID Service.

You will :

  • Have a solid understanding of good rostering practices and the application of applicable MECA provisions.
  • Bring to the role sound nursing experience which will inform your decisions ensuring the Service has the appropriate mix of staff to enable staff safety and effective operational delivery.
  • Have a can do attitude and calm approach which will enable effective resolution of issues.
  • Bring the skills and experience and your contribution will be sought in developing solutions to medium and long term work force issues including recruitment and training and development.
  • Have a tertiary qualification in any one of the following disciplines : Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or closely allied clinical field
  • Someone well-suited to the role will place a high value on :
