  • If so, we need you in our high performing, fast paced, award-winning National Recruitment team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to help shape up a new centralised recruitment function for Corrections. Our HR Administrators provide a critical filter in making sure all recruitment activities meet compliance requirements and documentation is managed in an efficient and accurate way.

    Alongside this, the team are pivotal in providing an excellent onboarding experience for our candidates, handling all offer documentation and handover' of new recruits to different parts of the business.

    We work at pace, have fun along the way and always seek to find new ways of delivering even better service to the business.

    You'll be a great fit for us if you have loads of initiative, are always looking for ways to exceed the expectations of candidates and stakeholders.

    You'll have excellent attention to detail, even under the pressure of a high volume environment.

    Specifically HR Administrators :

  • Prepare offer documentation
  • Ensure that all pre-employment checking has been completed
  • Update records on our HR (SAP) and Applicant Tracking System (e-recruit database)
  • Ensure new employees and staff moving to new roles within the Department have all the appropriate documentation and information regarding their start
  • Make sure that the internal stakeholders are kept up-to-date on new starters in their team.
  • To do this role well, you'll have high levels of integrity as confidentiality and discretion are essential.

    We are looking for people with :

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally supporting teams in the delivery of quality HR practice across an organisation
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Solid attention to detail and eye for accuracy
