This is a newly created role and we are looking for someone who is multi skilled in desktop, server and network infrastructure within an enterprise environment who has outstanding communication skills to join our highly motivated and talented team.

As a key member of the IT Ops team, you’ll be working closely with the IT Operations Manager operating with the view of continuous improvement for both our hardware and software environments to ensure we keep up with technology and best practice.
With your attention to detail and excellent writing skills, you’ll ensure new infrastructure is well documented. We have a number of exciting projects on the go at the moment, so there is the opportunity for a mix of BAU and project work.
You’ll also be working closely with our Regional Office, so it’s essential you can build effective relationships internationally with colleagues through email and phone communication.
It is essential that you experience with the following : · Microsoft active directory users and objects management · Microsoft desktop applications.
