We are looking for passionate social workers where you will utilise the latest strengths based practice tools and assessment frameworks to get quality outcomes for tamariki, rangitahi, whanau and the community to join our teams in Timaru and Oamaru.
A big part of your day will be meeting with children and young people and ensuring their voices are heard, completing assessments, creating plans, participating in family group conferences and partnering with other agencies and the community to get the best outcomes.
Of key importance in this role will be your tenacity to overcome everyday barriers and ability to drive positive outcomes which will put you in good stead for this challenging yet hugely rewarding role.
Getting the best for our at most risk children and young people is not an easy job, but when you see the positive difference you can make it is worth it.

Preference is given to those who have provisional or full registration with the New Zealand Social Work Registration Board.
