More About The Role

This is a full and challenging role and you will need to work to the requirements of a listed business. You will be supporting the senior Finance Team as well as support teams located in their multiple locations across New Zealand.

Duties include the following :

  • GL and Balance sheet maintenance and reconciliation
  • Assist with subsidiary journal posting
  • Ensuring accurate preparation of financial reporting
  • Provide information and support for the annual audit and budget
  • Assist with CAPEX and Fixed Asset procedures
  • GST, RWT and statutory reporting

    This role will suit someone who is a quick learner and can operate well in a corporate environment. You will need to be confident at the Assistant Accountant level with at least 3 years experience and have solid Excel skills.

    Exposure to Greentree and Power BI reporting would be advantageous.

    Being a team focused environment, the ability to communicate at all levels is also imperative, as is your attention to detail and ability to get the right information shared across the team.
