motivated individual to deliver top quality service and technical support toour global enterprise clients.

Teletrac Navman offers GPS-based fleet optimization products andservices a company trusted by over 40,000 businesses globally to provide thebest in fleet intelligence, making it one of the world’s largest fleetmanagement providers.

Whilst providing a combination of tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3support, you will also :

  • Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Provide prompt, accurate and consistentfeedback to customers
  • Ensure detailed recording of issueresolution
  • Be prepared to take part in ad hocprojects e.g. hardware testing and provisioning
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge, both customer and coresolutions and products
  • Provide assistance with testing of client solutions, to identifyand raise any issues in the form of bugs or where features / product does notmeet specifications related to Enterprise clients or customized solutions
  • Qualifications

    Along with your 3-5 years of tier 2 and tier 3 technicalexperience, you will also be equipped with :

  • Experience in trouble shooting hardware and software
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through customerexperience
  • High attention to detail and a strong ability to multi task
  • Willingness to take ownership, be heldaccountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
  • Previous experience with Linuxvirtual server environment, PHP, PHPMyAdmin, HTML, MySQL, software bugmanagement, backup / restore in the event of outages or corruption and softwaredeployment into UAT and Production environments
  • Strong knowledge of a bug trackingsoftware and ticketing system
  • Flexibility in working hours will berequired to meet global demands including a 1 in 3 week on-call roster
