HEAD / SOUS / SENIOR Chef required

An experienced Chef is required for our busy Central City Café / Restaurant / Bar

You must have :

  • A positive / friendly and willing attitude.
  • Passion and Commitment for food quality, consistency, service and cleanliness
  • Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and staying power
  • At least 2 years of cooking experience(Post Grad) in busy kitchens
  • Good communication skills and works well within or Heading a team
  • An understanding of how to contribute to the running of a kitchen in an efficient and profitable manner.
  • Ability to rise up to a position of responsibility
  • You must be :
  • A team player
  • A team player
  • A skilled Chef with solid hotline experience
  • Fast and Organized, able to cope in very busy situations
  • Open to the flexible working hours of our industry ( also available nights and week ends)
  • Able to maintain high standards of Food quality, systems, cleaning and hygiene
  • Eligible for full-time long-term work in New Zealand
  • Oozing with enthusiasm and passionate about maintaining the ongoing success of our 26 year old business!
