Christ Church Cathedral Joint Venture
A Joint Venture company is being formed by Church Property Trustees and Christ Church Cathedral Reinstatement Trust to reinstate Christ Church Cathedral.
Each shareholder will appoint two directors and will co-appoint the Chair. It is envisaged the project will be staged and undertaken over a seven year period at a projected cost of over $100 million.
This is a unique opportunity for suitable, passionate candidates to work on an iconic and significant project in the heart of Christchurch City.
Expressions of interest from potential Directors for the inaugural Board of the Reinstatement Joint Venture are being sought.
To succeed in this unique opportunity, you will have governance experience, be a strategic thinker and an active participant around the Board table with a solid appreciation of governance best practice.
The Joint Venture is seeking skill diversity on its Board, with a preference given to candidates with experience and credibility in some or all of the following areas :
In addition, you will be able to engage with wider stakeholders along with an appreciation of the ethos and traditions of the Anglican Church.
