Reporting to the General Manager, People & Safety, you will have a wide range of responsibilities including delivering recruitment and retention strategies, strengthening employee engagement and driving initiatives to increase performance and capabilities.
You will also be involved in influencing, advising and partnering leaders in a range of complex organisational and employee relation issues.
To be successful for this role you will have superior interpersonal, coaching and consultative skills. You will thrive on change, solving problems and have drive, passion and loads of initiative to really understand the business and the people.
You will have at least four years’ experience in a generalist HR role preferably in a unionised environment and a relevant qualification.
