Due to continued growth in the Auckland construction market, we are seeking two Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisors to join our business.

Our HSE Advisors are important members of the project management team, with specific responsibility for managing on-site safety management systems and supporting the sites HSE performance.

In this role you will provide advice and assistance on health, safety and environmental management. You will help facilitate effective safety meetings, review work practices of staff and sub-

contractors, work with project teams to identify and manage H&S risks and well as identifying suitable controls. You will proactively lead accident and incident prevention initiatives and foster an environment behavioural based change and continual improvement.

To be considered for this role you will have :

  • A recognised Health and Safety qualification
  • Vertical building construction industry health and safety management experience
  • Proven commitment and passion for developing a high performing safety culture
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and foster relationships
