We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Analyst within the Operations division , where the right person can add significant value to our business and our customers.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves analysing numbers and communicating with a number of key stakeholders across the business.

Reporting to the Finance Manager - Operations, you will work closely with the Operations Division as a finance partner. Your role as a Finance Business Analyst will be to report wage performance and give support to stores in understanding their wage costs.

Some of your new responsibilities will be :

  • To ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of the information in the Wage system
  • To assist with Wage system development and enhancements
  • Analyse and present regular management reports to all relevant Operations Business units
  • Prepare regular forecasts, budgets and reports in consultation with the Operations Management team
  • Provide advice & information to senior management as required
  • Provide training to business teams to help them understand & interpret financial results
  • You will have the following skills and attributes :

  • Finance or commercial tertiary qualification
  • Cost Accounting experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office & strong SAP skills
  • A background in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
  • Good analytical, presentation, planning and organisational skills
  • Considerable skills in networking and influencing
  • Positive and confident manner with ability to confront and challenge resistance and issues
  • Change management experience preferred
  • High level communication skills with ability to influence and build rapport at all levels
