We are looking for a full time Sales Executive - at our growing Greenwich Gardens Village.

About the roles

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Village Manager and development and marketing teams to develop sales strategies unique to these villages.
  • Selling new independent living items off the plans, you will able to paint a picture of what's on offer.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and actively managing a database of sales prospects, networking within the wider community and building relationships with prospective residents to feed the sales pipeline.
  • Having the availability to work the occasional weekend and managing open days and events is essential
  • Greenwich Gardens Village is a premium retirement village on the North Shore of Auckland in Unsworth Heights. A home already to residents enjoying independent living in villas and apartments, as well as offering a full continuum of care with supported living apartments and a care home.

    The village is already very much a part of the surrounding neighbourhood, but still has many new and exciting stages to build, market and sell down.

    We are seeking an energetic sales person to work alongside the existing Sales Executive at this village and collaborate with each other to make this village an even stronger value proposition to interested retirees who are seeking a fantastic lifestyle village.

    Skills required

  • To win this role, you will be a sales executive growing in their career and who responds positively to challenges, is an excellent listener and has the ability to empathise with our target market.
  • Commercially minded, you must have a collaborative, solutions-based approach to selling as well as the aptitude to create and execute a sales plan.
  • Self-motivated, proven successful results and passionate about the product and services we are selling, you will be able to meet our customers' requirements and achieve challenging company-
  • set sales targets and budgets.

  • Comfortable engaging with community groups and presenting our brand and story
  • Ability to negotiate win-win solutions
  • Experience in the retirement industry would be seen as an advantage.
