Labtests is the contracted provider of community-referred pathology in the Auckland region. We operate 58 collection facilities and a state of the art Laboratory located in Mt Wellington.
We are looking to fill a newly created role that will be the primary point of contact for our clients in relation to service delivery.
The ideal candidate would have a sound understanding of medical laboratory functions and capabilities and be customer service savvy.
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organised, and build positive and lasting relationships with all of our clients.
The role is a full-time permanent position (80 hours per fortnight). The role is part of the Quality Department, reporting to the Quality Manager.
