Looking for an experienced Office Administrator to come in and hit the ground running! Excellent communication skills are a must.

    No two days will be the same - so be prepared to think outside the box and get stuck in to a very busy but varied role!

    This role includes office management where you will be making sure the processes of the office are smooth and organised.

    You will be collaborating and providing administration support to the Director and team, which will enable optimal work performance and ensure it's an enjoyable experience for clients.

    This exciting opportunity consists of the following but not limited to :

  • Keeping the office resourced, stocked and tidy.
  • Providing secretarial services
  • Typing written
  • Typing dictation
  • Email management
  • E-filing tax returns
  • Processing debtor payments in MYOB
  • Managing bank balances and making transfers;
  • Preparing GST returns
  • Undertaking the practice book-keeping
  • Outstanding written and verbal English are a must for this role as you are the new face of this well known company.
