As a communications professional, you understand the importance of engaging and mobilising an audience. You also know that effective communication requires platform, content and message to be properly positioned and marketed.
We need you to develop the most effective methods for engaging with our people. This is a pivotal role for us, within both Marketing and across the whole business.
As such, you'll have the scope to shape and drive our internal and external communications plans. You'll communicate initiatives and plans and ensure we have picked the most appropriate channels for delivery.
This role will see you interacting with employees from across the global organisation at all levels of the business. You'll also keep us current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the continued evolution and growth of our communications.
Demonstrable experience in a Comms role requiring senior stakeholder engagement and buy-in is essential, as is a knack for managing multiple internal stakeholders on all levels.
We'll also expect progressive decision-making skills, an innovative approach and the mana that goes with your experience.
