This is a rare occurrence and anoutstanding opportunity for an experienced HR / Training Manager. In this roleyou’ll gain HR experience similar to running your own business and with thechallenge of creating an outstanding team that will deliver growth and customersatisfaction.
We are seeking an individual who will have commitment toexcellence and strong organisational skills combined with effectiverelationship management, influencing and communications skills.
You’ll alsodisplay high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. Keyresponsibilities for the role will be :
Identifyingthe training requirements of the team and then advising on training solutionsand if required facilitating the appropriate training sessions.
Liaisingwith store staff that are in training and provide guidance and support toenable them to complete their learning programmes.
Managingall generalist HR practices in the store. This includes recruitment andselection, on-boarding & performance management.
As you cansee this is a full on role and is not for the faint hearted. If you believe youhave what it takes and have a pragmatic approach to the implementation of HR ina business setting -
