What you will do
This position is responsible for providing efficient operational support services, including the planning, provision and procurement of resources.
In this role you will be the initial customer point of contact, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.
What we need
Our ideal candidate will have previous office administration and customer service experience, as well as knowledge of procurement and stock management practices.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential and you will possess sound computer skills, including proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work in a multiple application environment.
Minimum NCEA Level (two) or relevant experience preferably in an office or processing environment is required.
Who we are
The NZDF Personnel Archives and Medals (PAM) Office, is responsible for the storage, conservation and management of approximately 1.
5 million personnel files. This includes conducting research and determining entitlement for and issuing medals for operational, special and long service to eligible NZDF and other Government personnel, ex-
Service personnel and their families.

The total fixed remuneration band for this position is $41,540 to $45,913 inclusive of a 4% employer superannuation contribution, with the starting salary expected to be in the range of $41,540 to $43,727.
