There is a real opportunity to make an impact in Tauranga in this fast paced role. As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for frontline, operational leadership to ensure the delivery of all products and services offered by NZ Post meet customers' expectations.
It's a fast paced and challenging role overseeing management of Contract Posties, Delivery Agents, Rural Contractors and PD Towns.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, including dealing with escalations and proactively seeking out opportunities for growth and customer service enhancement.
This role has a Service Delivery Coordinator as a direct report and works alongside another SDM whose portfolio focuses on the management of Courier Contractors and Delivery Agents.
Reporting to our Bay of Plenty Area Manager, this role operates during core business hours, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required recognising the 24 / 7 nature of our organisation.
