    What.

    As a Consumer Advisory Consultant, you will :

  • Answer inbound phone emails from business customers and end consumers about the different products and ingredients
  • Manage, input and accurately process customer orders
  • Liaise with delivery drivers to gain an update on deliveries and delivery times
  • Ad hoc admin when and as required
  • Who.

    We need an experienced customer service advisor to jump on board and take ownership of the customer experience.

  • Great written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • New Zealand Citizen or Resident
  • Clear credit and criminal history
