  • Platinum Recruitment are pleased to be able to present this opportunity to experienced testers looking at opportunities in the automated test space in Christchurch.

    This is a 12month fixed term contract.

    This position will suit a tester with software development skills, keen to expand more in to automation.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for automated testing with successful design, automation, and execution of testing framework.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining automation test plans and scripting of automation scenarios.
  • Responsible for Performance testing with successful design, automation and web Performance testing tool.
  • Responsible for performance analysis and capacity planning.
  • Responsible for working with the development and infrastructure teams to identify root cause of breakdowns
  • Responsible for defect reporting, defect verification and metrics collection / analysis.
  • Responsible for analysing data and mapping for future growth
  • To be successful you will need :

    Relevant Tertiary Qualification

    At least 3 year of experience in a technical testing role using automated testing.

    Experience using .Net / C#

    2 years Power Shell Scripting

    Experience working with software development

    Excellent oral and written communication skills
