You are an experienced Business Development Manager that will be responsible for executing strategic growth and driving business development initiatives.
You will lead a team of Business Development Advisors to perform key account management, relationship and stakeholder management and achieve key sales objectives by promoting the building and construction industry as a valuable career choice.
You will have extensive experience in all aspects of developing and implementing a successful sales strategy and leading a team to get the best out of them.
