We are seeking an experienced and resilient Team Leader to lead our team of 27 staff covering three shifts, and two areas of specialization, Internal & exterior facilities Cleaning, and our Sustainability recycling program.
Your responsibilities will involve leading and guiding a vibrant team of individuals as well as building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Excellent communication skills are a must in this high energy, busy position as you will be liaising with both members of your team and internal / external customers.
Working closely with the facilities management team, you will enjoy managing, facilitating and motivating a team to shared goals and show confidence in your abilities to be able to work under pressure alongside prioritizing your workload.
You will have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience managing or supervising an industrial cleaning team.
You will be someone who has excellent spoken and written English, is self-motivated, is a team player and constantly lives each and every one of our five values.
Ideally you will be qualified in the NZQA cleaning and caretaking course.
