We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Manukau, Auckland. We are a dedicated, enthusiastic and close knit team, who enjoy coming to work.
We support each other in challenging times and celebrate the wins together.
To be successful in this role, you don’t need to have previous recruitment experience because we’re interested in who you are more than what you’ve been doing.
BUT you will need lots of sales and service experience and preferably dealing with business customers.
That said, if you’re a Consultant looking for a positive change of employer, we’d love to talk. It’s 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, we specialise at the top end of the industrial recruitment market in long term placements, and Reliance is fair and reasonable to work for.
We don’t burn out our Consultants, and because of that, they tend to stay with us.
